By using the Site you accept these terms.

2. Relationship to Emaar Properties

The Site is an independent marketing channel through which our agency presents properties within the Emaar Beachfront master community. We are not Emaar Properties PJSC, and nothing on the Site should be read as a statement by the developer. “Emaar”, “Address”, “Palace” and related project names and marks are trademarks of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the properties being marketed.

3. Property information, prices and availability

All prices, payment plans, handover dates, areas, renders and availability shown on the Site are indicative, are set by the developer, and can change or be withdrawn at any time without notice. Content is provided for general information only and does not constitute an offer, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy. Always verify current details in the developer’s sales documentation before making any decision, and take independent financial and legal advice where appropriate. Past market performance is not a guarantee of future results.

4. Permitted use

You may browse the Site and share its pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape, republish or misrepresent the Site’s content, use it to send spam, or attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation.

5. Enquiries

Submitting the registration form is an invitation for us to contact you; it creates no obligation on either side. Handling of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Obaco Homes Real Estate LLC accepts no liability for loss arising from reliance on Site content, including pricing or availability that has since changed, or from interruption of the Site itself. 8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
